On the final day of the Under All-American Lacrosse weekend, where the underclassmen tournament was coming to a close, I caught up with a very impressive sophomore from Illinois, Dami Oladunmoye. Dami is listed as a midfielder, but he saw some time as an attackman today against the West region squad in the playoff round. His Midwest squad loss 10-6, but Dami scored two goals today, one of which was the first goal of the game. Both goals came from a quick split dodge that gave Dami a clear alley to let it rip, while still on the move. I caught up with Dami after the game to ask him a few questions about his goals for the remainder of his high school career, football, and how he was introduced to the sport of Lacrosse. We will be sure to keep a close eye on Dami for the remainder of his high school career and also on the next level.
