Usually when you see 3-0 series leads, you automatically think its over in 4. Not in hockey though. Hockey is the only sport where I can say, if you make it into the playoffs, you have a legitimate chance to win it all. Rangers of course had to win this game just for the pride alone, possibly last time playing in the garden. They're still alive though and each game is different. Hockey is that sport where truly anything can happen. Lets not forget either, the Kings came back from down 0-3, just saying.
I surprised they finish game because of the 1 hour 38 minute rain delay in the 7th inning. The rain delay was very unfortunate too because Wei-Yin Chen was having a phenomenal game. Prior to the rain delay, Chen retired the first 11 batters he faced, finishing with 7 strikeouts, and allowing 4 hits. Chen has a high 4.13 ERA but he is winning games, the O's can just live with it for now. The O's are still sitting in a good spot too, 2nd place in the AL East, and has nice lead over the Red Sox, with the 1st place Blue Jays coming into town this weekend. And surprisingly going under the radar are the Yankees. In Jeter's last season, I'm sure they would to make it to the playoffs. Currently they are tied with the O's for 2nd place with 3 game series next weekend in New York coming up.
